Apparently it looks like yet another static site generator, but this one is different than the ones existing because it's written in pure posix shell script. 
I even forked it to enable support for XHTML 1.1 and made the repository public.

gtk-murrine-rape
I once tried this theme on my host and it kinda lived up to its own name , lol. As with any light colored theme it hurts my eyes to no end. 
Though I can get used to this one unlike with others, which is a plus.
